We had originally gone to another restaurant in the area and wasn't even acknowledged. We go to Hooked and immediately we were seated and greeted by a lovely server. She was attentive and kind. The food was phenomenal. Being American, I had to try the Fish & Chips. When my plate arrived I couldn't believe the amount that was on my plate. It was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was well decorated and had a great vibe. Loved every minute of the experience. I'm so glad we chose it. Thank you to Hooked for a great experience!

Perfect View, with the perfect meal🤍

I had a fantastic meal at Hooked in Sligo! Located right on Rockwood Parade near the Garavogue River, it’s a total gem with a really cool, quirky atmosphere—look out for the wooden boat hanging from the ceiling! The vibe is modern, warm, and very inviting.

The food was the highlight of our visit. We started with the Buffalo Cauliflower (listed as their buffalo Cauliflower Wings), which were perfectly crispy and tossed in a delicious, spicy Bang Bang sauce. For the mains, the Chicken Salad was fresh and flavorful with a great kick, and the Chicken Burger (The Chick Fil Á) was outstanding—succulent Irish chicken on a toasted brioche bun with smoked applewood cheese.

Place was hopping on a bank holiday Sunday night ..🩷🩷😎really disappointed with the menu..would be lead to believe that's it's a fish restaurant not at all...didn't want the deep fried fish n chips so had no other fish options for starters or main course ..had the vegan option with chicken but was way too spicy ..ate the chicken only ..decor fab staff fab atmosphere amazing 😍 x

Incredible service. Food was ok. Got there tiktok famous chicken dish. Was drry overcooked and quite chewy, very heavy on mayo. Also got chownie to take away very odd tasted more like ginger pudding imo, not what i expected or wanted which was a brownie, not a sponge dessert. Service was great though best place ive been for service. Would like to go back and try something different tho. Bathrooms could be better very pokey but goregously decorated and im sure a great night out with company.

Staying in Sligo for a few days we wanted to try the best food and Hooked doesn’t disappoint. We had the Curry and The Korean Chicken and can see why they are best sellers. Food was unreal and the service was great, Olivia looked after us and gave great recommendations and also suggested the Chownie on the dessert menu and we are glad we tried it! Absolutely fantastic experience, unreal service and delicious food, If you are in Sligo make sure to check it out!! Thanks Olivia
